April 18 – International Guide Dog Day – www.igdf.org.uk – A salute to guide dogs and the service they provide for visually impaired people is so important we celebrate this dogs around the world on this day!
April 18 – the Birthday of Barnum’s Animal Crackers – the cookies that come in the circus wagon box with the string handle: monkeys, giraffes, cougars, elephants, hippos, kangaroos and even farm animals like sheep. Can you believe they are 103 this year?! Eat a rhino (animal cracker) today!
