Fancy food trucks are the rage in many cities. Seattle is no different – they even have a mobile treat truck especially for dogs. The Seattle Barkery features custom made grain-free or organic bakery goods for dogs. The yummy snacks start at $1.50. The big blue truck can often be found at the Dogwood Play Park. Check Dawn & Ben Ford’s Facebook page, The Seattle Barkery, for their schedule.  They may also be at Shoreline Farmers Market or Edmond’s Dog Beach Park, so be sure to check. They also offer “birthday cakes, served on Frisbees.” The Fords attribute their success to their love for pets. At the end of the day leftover treats are donated to rescues like PAWS.  All their tips are donated to help support Old Dog Haven rescue.  If your community has a mobile dog food truck, let us know, we’ll help spread the word!
